Booking
Please feel free to contact me on either my landline or mobile. When in my treatment room I do not answer the phone so please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I'm free. If you leave a message in the evening I will reply the next day and a message left over the weekend I will respond to the following Monday.
Payment
I am happy to accept cash, BACS and also card payment via card machine in my treatment room.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours notice.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency the following fees may be waived at my discretion.
Cancellation less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment value.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled on the day will be required to be paid in full.
These can be paid by bank transfer, details of which will be sent to you.
If future appointments continue to be missed, clients maybe requested to pay for their treatments at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to honour your full appointment time, however it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your appointment if there is insufficient time before my next client.
Sickness
If you are unwell on the day of your appointment including having Covid-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with somebody who may have Covid-19, please do not attend your appointment. Please let me know as soon as possible and I will reschedule your appointment.
