Following the Prime Minister's latest announcement on Monday 5th April, my treatment room will reopen on Monday 12th April. All clients who have had their appointments cancelled during lockdown, as you would expect, will be contacted first.
I am able to offer all treatments apart from hot stone massage.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or would like advice on home care products.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
On re-opening, the following will still apply. Thank you.
Before your appointment:
New Clients - An initial Consultation Form will be completed over the phone.
Existing Clients - Please advise of any medical changes since your last appointment when booking your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell:
If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with somebody who may have the virus, please contact me as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment.
The day of your appointment:
Payments
I am now able to take contactless payments. This is my preferred method of payment but I will still accept a cheque or, where this is not possible, cash.
Please note that due to the costs of extra PPE and additional sanitising and cleaning I'm afraid I am having to add £2.00 to each appointment.
After your appointment:
It is now a legal requirement for me to share client contact details with the NHS track and trace if requested.
In line with the Government's Test & Trace Policy, if you become unwell please contact me.
My clients health and well-being is of uppermost importance so please feel free
to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
