Cancellation
As I work on my own, appointment times are limited and I usually have a number of clients who would love the opportunity to fill your appointment if you can’t make it.
If you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment value. This can be paid by bank transfer, details of which will be sent to you and I’m afraid no other appointments will be booked until the fee is paid. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency this fee may be waived at my discretion.
If future appointments continue to be missed, clients maybe requested to pay for their treatments at the time of booking.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to honour your full appointment time, however it may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your appointment if there is insufficient time before my next client.
